It was really nice to have a lecture directly related to my course.
We learnt to look at your surroundings more before taking a photo, looking for lines, texture and flow throughout the image getting the right balance of background, foreground.
Today we were set a task to create a photo alphabet, the task is to take photos around Bournemouth of objects which could be interpreted as letters of the alphabet.
Some of my ideas for this assignment is to take nautical type of photos, such as photos near the beach, boats, fishing equipment etc.
Another idea I had was to take photos of anything to do with skateboards and longboards. This could be photos of the wheels, trucks, bearings and move them in a way to create the letters of the alphabet.
